1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using StashFlo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

StashFlo is a manual budgeting application that helps you organize income, bills, pay periods, and budgeting plans. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Not financial advice: We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@stashflo.com.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscription access may be suspended or terminated if payment fails.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. StashFlo does not offer refunds on subscription purchases.

Because access to the full functionality of the Service is provided immediately upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused time
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to cancel before renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:

• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
• Use the Service for unlawful activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by StashFlo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be accurate for your specific use. You are responsible for reviewing your entries and results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StashFlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
